Deluxe Room
These large rooms feature a spacious terrace facing the sea and/or garden. The furniture is well appointed and complemented with remote control split system air conditioner, IDD telephone, cable TV, minibar, tea and coffee maker, refrigerator, in-room safe, full bathtub with shower, hair dryer, iron & board on request.
Superior Room
Each room has private balcony facing Kuta Center they are equipped with cable TV, IDD telephone, refrigerator, Minibar and Air Conditioning. Every service is offered to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
Family Room
Family room is 38 square meters plus a courtyard on ground floor. All rooms have a direct access to courtyard. It can accommodate 2 adults with maximum 3 children. Each room is equipped with bathtub & shower, IDD telephone, self controlled air condition, refrigerator, cable television, in room safe, iron & board on request, room service from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. Bedding is quien size bed plus double bunk with trundle bed.
Room Facilities: private balcony, air conditioning room, cable TV, tea & coffee maker for deluxe room only, room save, combined bath/shower, hair dryer for deluxe room only.

All room rates are in US Dollar (US$).
Surcharge 10% for High Season in July - August and 15% in Peak Season in 29 December - 3 January.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
No Charge for children under 12 years sharing room with parents using existing bedding and without breakfast.
All rates are included additional 21% service charge and government tax.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and the rates status are floating rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation for FIT should be received by the hotel 7 days prior to arrival date or otherwise a 1-night cancellation fee is applicable (except Christmas and New Year when notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival date).
No show policy:
In the event of ‘no show’, a 1-night cancellation fee is applicable. Please note that groups will be charged for the entire stay. Compulsory: New Years Eve Dinner to be advised
