PAYMENT
Payment By Telegraphic Transfer
For telegraphic transfer (TT) payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our US dollar account. We will send you our bank account details at the time of reservation. Please note that any bank transfer fees are to be applied to your own account. If paying by bank transfer please fax a copy of your TT receipt to our fax number +62 361 772546 to confirm your booking.
Payment by Credit Card Authorization
You can also pay with a faxed credit card authorisation, (Visa and Master Card only), please note that the bank will apply a 2.5% credit card charge. We will send you a credit card authorisation form by fax if you wish to use this option.
To pay via credit card please fax the following documents to our fax number +62 361 726135 e.g:
The completed and signed authorisation form
A photocopy of your credit card, front and back with the card numbers printed clearly
A photocopy of the first page of your passport with photograph and passport no.
Terms & Conditions
Villa check in after 02pm, Villa check out time is 12pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be transferred on receiving confirmation of your reservation.
Final payment is required 21 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 21 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
Daily American breakfast are included.
The villa management reserves the right at anytime at it's sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation.
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's staff, employees or agent.
